PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW FACE PAINTS AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY TO THESE RULES! If face paints are seen on collection, despite our T&C's, you will automatically lose your £50 deposit. Any damages will need to be replaced.

We reserve the right to refuse hire in the event that the Hirer or the Hirer's property/ hall or venue is deemed unsuitable by us so please inform us of any stairs and access details we may need. Please also check the sizes of the equipment and clearances required before delivery, as full payment is due if inadequate space isn't available.

Please make sure that all balls are back in the ball pit at collection time, as we may charge extra time or for loss of balls

if we are unable to get to them.

We take a £50 Deposit/ Holding fee which is returned to you when we collect so please send us your bank details. This is also kept as a Damage Deposit, so the full amount quoted to you is due on arrival. We often have other hires that day, so please make sure you have the correct amount ready for us when we arrive.

Full payment must be made up to 24 hours before hire via bank transfer or cash on arrival before we set up. Please note we require at least 7 days' notice of any cancellations, or your booking will be subject to a Cancellation Fee of 100% of the total amount. 

By submitting the booking form, you hereby confirm that you have read the T&C's (below) set out by Posh Totz and that you confirm no face paints will be used at your event and if you go against this the £50 deposit will be used towards cleaning and you may be liable for the full amount of any stained equipment including the Bouncy Castle. 

We also request a copy of your Driver's License as proof of address, so please make sure you attach this on the Booking Form.
